Anti stress exercise

I was reading some course study material about health protection (labeled as “made in czech republic”):

“Shaking off – exercise against stress

This exercise may look silly, but it releases stress and tension really quickly. In the event somebody spots you, you help him or her as well, because laughter is the ideal stress reliever.

So, imagine [you’re] a dog shaking off water. Shake the same parts of your body the same way as a wet dog. First shake your hands, then legs and feet, head and shoulders.”

What if I’m a cat person ?!?
